Cancellation and refund policy

Cancelling a booking

You can cancel your booking by e-mail to info@hotelperladimare.com. Please quote your booking number.

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date: we refund the full amount paid.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, or no-show: the price of the first night is charged and the rest is refunded.
• Shortening a stay after arrival: nights not used are not refunded.

If we have to cancel

If we cannot provide the booked room, we offer you an equivalent or better room, or refund the full amount paid.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the same card used for payment, within 14 days of the cancellation. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more working days before the amount appears on your account.
